ANNOUNCEMENTS

Strength Training: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Wrestling: Tuesdays and Thursdays
***VERY IMPORTANT DATES***
-Immediately - Get parent permission forms, get a physical from your family doctor, return forms to the athletic office
-October 31st (Varsity@9am; Jr. High@11am) - Weight certifications in the athletic training room with Chad. Make certain you are fully hydrated. Any questions, see Chad or the coaching staff.
-November 7th (7-10pm) - Casino Night @ Tatamy Fire Hall. All varsity and jr. high wrestlers must sell their allotment of tickets. Parents: Contact Sean Horan for food donations.
-November 17th (7pm) - All wrestlers and parents meet with Mr. Amato in the auditorium
-November 20th - First day of wrestling practice.
-November 23 (6 & 7pm) “Meet the Eagles” and parent/athlete meeting
-December 12th - First competitions of the season (Nazareth Invitational & Easton JV tournament)
-As soon as possible - The coaching staff suggests that all wrestlers get a flu shot

-The coaching staff strongly encourages all wrestlers to to get both a flu shot and H1N1 vaccine when available.
